Community Support

Brief information about our Community Support Workers (CSW’s)
1. Initial Screening, appropriate government documentation and interview
2. Onboarding and peer to peer training
3. FT & PT Case loads available
4. Education level: GED all the way up to Masters
5. Experience not necessary
6. We work with Kids & adults

Therapists

Our therapists are responsible for client assessments, evaluations, screenings, and ongoing treatment.

  1. Perform Assessments
  2. Ensure accuracy of medical information
  3. Maintain client records as per regulations and Medicaid requirements
  4. Qualifications/licensures. Masters degree in social work or another degree in the mental health field:
    1. Licensed Independent clinical social worker (LISCW)
    2. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    3. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
    4. Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPS)
    5. Registered Nurse (RN)

Clinical Managers

1 hour session

Our team of clinical managers are responsible for the administrative supervision and leadership as it pertains the needs of specialized populations in mental health field that require interventions to remain stable in the community.

  1. Management experience required
  2. FT/PT positions available
  3. Work with a team of at least 8 direct reports. Could be as high as 15.
  4. Qualifications/licensures. Masters degree in human services field.
