I have have three goals that I insist on achieving daily:
- Enhancing the lives of clients’
- Proving meaningful career opportunities
- Creating positive change
Enhancing the lives of clients: Life Enhancement Services (LES) finds effective solutions for people in our care. Through collaborative efforts the outcome is an individual that can effectively deal with future challenges. We have been granted the opportunity by local and state mental health agencies to provide quality, effective care for those most in need. Many of the individuals we care for are in behavioral and mental crisis. For an effective change to occur, the cause of this crisis must be diagnosed. With a behavioral change, the consumer can be a more positive individual.
Provide meaningful career opportunities: At LES our staff includes seasoned individuals and those who are new to the mental health profession. Some of our employees are completing undergraduate and graduate degrees in human services, and working at LES allows them to gain valuable practical experience early in their careers.
Creating positive change: Here at LES we strive to maintain an active partnership in the communities we serve. I encourage all employees to take an active role in the community. My hope is that through their affiliation with LES they will become a valuable asset in their community. I try to lead by example. I currently serve on : Washington, DC Police Reform Commission, NC A&T State University Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, East of the River Clergy, Police Community Partnership, INC & Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas
